As well as the lake fronted photography windows shown above, there is a woodland setting on the Northern side of the studio, offering the chance of some classic backyard birds in a wonderfully natural wooded environment.

The lake is 12’ deep in the middle, has a volume of almost 500,000 gallons and is stocked with thousands of small fish, that have been specifically selected to attract kingfishers, heron, egret and other wetland warriors [shiners and fathead minnows].

The studio has six, 9” camera openings and can accept gimbal head or bean bag choices [both are available in the studio for client use]. Do not bring a tripod as these are not needed and do not work inside the studio. To use the gimbal head a standard foot will need to be in place on your lens. The main body of the studio is 4’ below grade, so that the camera point of view [POV] is just above water level. Comfortable seating is provided at an ergonomic height for most 5’ to 6’ tall photographers. There are electricity outlets to power your battery chargers, USB outlets for phone charging [bring your own USB cable] as well as a kettle to make hot tea or coffee. There is milk in the fridge !
